History of St Anne's College AFC
Since first admitting men in 1979 St Anne's have struggled to establish themselves as a major footballing force and are yet to win either Cuppers or the top division of college football. Last season was, without doubt, the most successful in the club's short history as they romped to the First division title with a remarkable total of 50 points from their 18 league games - campaign that saw them go the entire season unbeaten in the league. The perfect finale was ruined when Brasenose put 4 second half strikes away without reply in St Anne's first taste of a Cuppers final to send a stark message that the Premier division will be a decidedly sterner test this season.
